About Pure Romance
Pure Romance was a United States-based multi-level marketing company that sold adult products through a network of sales representatives.
Problem
Sales representatives organized parties to showcase and sell products to their network, but they lacked an efficient way to manage customer relationships, inventory, and events. They approached our agency to develop a concept for a Android mobile app and multi-tenant web microsite to streamline these essential interactions.
My Role
Discovery
We conducted a series of discovery meetings with the client leadership team and several sales representatives to outline a high-level overview of the key interactions.
User Interface and Visual Design
The brand was already well-established, but it primarily existed in marketing materials and their main eCommerce website. It needed to be expanded into a native app and microsite, while still allowing for customization for each sales representative.
Customer and Inventory Management
Manage contact lists and product inventory, adjusting discounts on items in real time.
Events and Orders
Designate a hostess for each party, compile a guest list, and create and submit orders on-site.
Personalized Microsite
Each sales representative had a customizable web microsite to grow their network and enhance business opportunities. The site featured detailed product information and enabled customers to add items to their shopping bag for orders with the sales representative.
